Frequently Asked Questions

We are currently only taking bookings for our Birmingham site. To make a reservation, head to the Birmingham dropdown menu, select “Book Now” and you’ll be able to view our availability. We also keep some tables available for walk-ins depending on space at the time.

Our Brighton site operates on a walk-in only basis. For large groups or private hire enquiries in Brighton, please get in touch at brighton@tigerbitespig.co.uk


Yes, we offer a variety of gluten-free options on our menus. While our bao buns are not gluten-free, we have a selection of rice bowls and sides that can be prepared to cater for gluten-free diets.


Please inform your server of any dietary requirements or allergies when ordering  and our team will be happy to guide you through our menu.


Yes, we offer a variety of vegan options across our menus. 


Most of our Rice Bowls and BAO can be made with “This Isn’t Chicken” or tofu alternatives ensuring there are plenty of plant-based choices to enjoy.


Please let your server know if you follow a vegan diet or have any specific dietary preferences and our team will be happy to guide you through our menu.


We only accept card payments in both of our sites.  We do not accept cash or checks


Our team loves dogs and will happily welcome small, well-behaved, non-barking dogs at both of our sites.

Our Brighton site is currently walk-in availability only.


At our Birmingham site, we welcome walk-ins where availability allows. However, if you’re planning to visit, we recommend booking in advance to secure your table.


We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes from your booking time. If you arrive later than this, we can’t guarantee your table will still be available, but we’ll always do our best to seat you as soon as possible, though there may be a wait.


To secure your reservation, we require card details at the time of booking for a £10 per person hold. No payment will be taken unless you fail to attend your booking or break our booking terms & conditions.


Yes absolutely! If your an Independent Birmingham member you can receive 10% OFF your bill when you spend £10 or more Monday-Thursday

Absolutely! You can click and collect through Goodeats from both of our Tiger locations. Simply place your order online, choose your nearest restaurant and we will have it ready for you to pick up.


Or, if you’re nearby just pop into either of our restaurants and order takeaway in person.


Both of our restaurants are available on Deliveroo. Simply search Tiger Bites Pig on Deliveroo, choose your nearest location and place your order!



Snow hill station car parking is the closest parking to our Birmingham Restaurant. There is also limited on street pay and display.
